During the week of Valentine’s Day, Feb. 11-15, there will be craft supplies on hand at the Newport Library and Community Center to make valentine cards. The library, located at 405 Seventh Ave., is open from 3-8 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, 3-6 p.m. Friday and 1-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
