Parents are invited to learn about the district’s 2013-14 school readiness preschool program for children, ages 3-5, at two sessions in February. Sessions are scheduled at: n 6-7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 4, at the district Program Center, 8400 East Point Douglas Road, in Cottage Grove; and n 6-7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5, at Central Park, 8595 Central Park Place, in Woodbury. The program coordinator will give a short presentation on curriculum, philosophy, class times and schedule options. A teacher will be available to provide additional information and answer individual questions about classrooms and programs and there will be an open classroom for parents who wish to take a tour.
