Early childhood music specialists from the MacPhail Center for Music will present, “I Make Music,” a program to encourage musical play, at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, at Park Grove Branch Library, in Cottage Grove. The program is free and designed for preschool children. Preregistration is required. For details, call the library at 651-459-2040.
