The Cottage Grove Parks and Recreation Department is hosting Skate Night at the Highlands Park pond, 70th Street and Idsen Avenue, from 5-8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 25. There will be free hot cider and cookies and the first 100 people will receive glow necklaces. The park building and bathrooms will be open.
