St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in St. Paul Park will host Yoga Motion sessions from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesdays, Jan. 29 through March 19. Preregistration is required and sign-ups are being accepted after all Masses on the weekends of Jan. 5 and 12 or in the parish office. The deadline to register is Tuesday, Jan. 22. The class—designed for all levels of experience—is open to men, women and teens. The only requirement is the ability to get up from the floor. The cost for the eight-week program is $55.
