Engaged: Grovender-Marchewka

Steve and Karen Grovender of Woodbury announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Suzan, to James Robert Marchewka, son of Rich and Judy Marchewka of Crivitz, Wis. The wedding will take place on Saturday, Aug. 16, at Woodbury Lutheran Church.

Amy is a 2002 graduate of Woodbury High School. She graduated in 2006 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in medical microbiology and immunology and plans to pursue graduate studies in medicine. She works at the University of Wisconsin Hospital Clinical Microbiology Laboratory.

James is a 1999 graduate of Crivitz High School and graduated in 2004 from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point with a bachelor’s degree in clinical laboratory science. He works for the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics.

The couple lives in Madison.
