NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRUNK HIGHWAY 95 (MANNING AVENUE) AT LEHIGH ROAD, STREET AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of Cottage Grove, Minnesota will meet at 7:30 p.m. on May 21, 2008 at the Cottage Grove City Hall, 7516 80th Street South, Cottage Grove, Minnesota, to consider the improvement of that portion of Lehigh Road approximately a quarter of one mile north of Trunk Highway 95 (Manning Avenue) located within the City of Cottage Grove and the assessment of benefiting properties for all or a portion of the total project cost pursuant to Minn. Stat. Chapter 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvements is the Trunk Highway 95 (Manning Avenue) at Lehigh Road, Street and Drainage Improvements is generally described as an area west of Trunk Highway 95 and the intersection of Lehigh Road and within a three-quarter mile radius of said intersection. The estimated total cost of the improvement is $515,400.
A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing.
All persons interested may appear and be heard at the time and place set forth above.
