Notice of Public Hearing
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Renaissance Fireworks, Inc. has applied for an interim conditional use permit to allow temporary sales of fireworks in the parking lot at Menards, 9000 East Point Douglas Road.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said application will be reviewed by the Planning Commission on Monday, April 28, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Cottage Grove City Hall, 7516 – 80th Street South, Cottage Grove, Minnesota.
The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing. Persons interested in speaking will be heard at this public hearing.
Information on this application can be obtained at the Community Development Department at Cottage Grove City Hall.
