Notification is given that Anchor Bank Saint Paul, N.A., 1570 Concordia Avenue, Saint Paul, MN 55104has filed an application with the Comptroller of the Currency on March 12, 2008, as specified in 12 CFR 5 for permission to establish a part-time branch at Presbyterian Homes, Norris Square at 8200 Hadley Ave., Cottage Grove, MN 55016.
