Letter: 61/80th needs guard rails

I write to you with my concern about the lack of ramp guards on the ramp to Highway 61 from 80th Street, particularly during inclement weather.

I write to you with my concern about the lack of ramp guards on the ramp to Highway 61 from 80th Street, particularly during inclement weather. My main reason for concern is that if a vehicle slips and skids down the hill, entering oncoming traffic, a horrific chain of events could occur.

Would it therefore be possible to add guard rails to the on/off ramps? Would they be too costly?
