TO SATISFY LIEN THEREON
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
That the personal property described as follows, to-wit:
1985 33-foot Cruiser Ultra Vee HULL
ID Number CRS3692BG485 and
Minnesota Registration Number
4779GU together with all its contents
and attachments
will be sold at public auction by a Washington County Deputy Sheriff on the 25th day of March, 2008, at 10 o’clock AM., at 388 9th Avenue West in the City of Saint Paul Park, County of Washington, State of Minnesota, to pay and satisfy a lien which is claimed to be due thereon from Jeff Phillip Leighton as the owner thereof to PESE HV LLC dba: Harbor Village in the sum of thirty-three Hundred and Forty-two Dollars ($3,342) computed to the day of said sale, exclusive of the expenses of said sale and of the advertising thereof, together with the necessary expenses of advertising and making said sale; and that the grounds of said lien are as follows, to-wit:
Unpaid dockage, storage, electric and
late fees through March 25, 2008
on the property owned by PESE HV LLC dba: Harbor Village, located at 388 9th Avenue West in the City of Saint Paul Park, County of Washington, State of Minnesota. Cash payment due immediately upon purchase. Purchaser will incur storage fees at a rate of $25 per day at time of sale.
