South Washington County School Board set to approve discipline of district employee

A South Washington County Schools employee faces possible disciplinary action.
The District 833 School Board is set to approve a letter outlining discipline for a male employee and the basis for the discipline at its meeting tonight.
The district did not release any information about the employee to be disciplined ahead of the board action, citing employee privacy laws. The School Board is not often asked to approve disciplinary action involving an employee.
The board meeting is at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, at the District Service Center in Cottage Grove.
