Jerome Edward Scanlan Jr., age 83, of Cottage Grove, passed away peacefully at home on Feb. 15.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, at Assumption Catholic Church, 51 W. 7th St., St. Paul. Visitation 4-8 p.m. Monday at O’Halloran and Murphy Funeral Home, 575 S. Snelling Ave., St. Paul, and also 1 hour prior to services at the church on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
