Jean I. McCarthy (nee Olinger), age 89, of Newport, Minn., passed away peacefully on Feb. 15.

Celebration of Life service 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26, with visitation beginning at 4 p.m., at All Saints Lutheran Church, Cottage Grove; dessert to follow.
