East Ridge junior Kelly McKenzie scored a 34.75 all-around score to help the Raptors sore a season-high 137.825 in a win over Woodbury last week.
The East Ridge gymnastics team was able to top cross-town rival Woodbury last week – and Kelly McKenzie was a big reason why.
East Ridge scored a season-high 137.825 and improved to 4-3 in dual meets on the year with the win. McKenzie jumped, flipped and twisted to a 34.75 all-around score in the meet, which was good for second place. McKenzie tied for first place in the vault (9.25), tied for first place on the beam (9.0) and placed third on the bars (8.4) in the meet.
