AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO CRIMINAL HISTORY BACKGROUND FOR APPLICANTS FOR CITY EMPLOYMENT AND CITY LICENSES

The City Council of the City of St. Paul Park has adopted Ordinance No. 691. The purpose and intent of this ordinance is to establish regulations that will allow law enforcement access to Minnesota's Computerized Criminal History information for specified non-criminal purposes of employment and licensing background checks.

The full text of Ordinance No. 691 is available for inspection at St. Paul Park city hall during regular business hours.
