ORDINANCE NO. 911AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY'S FEE TABLE

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 16, 2013

The City Council of the City of Cottage Grove, Washington County, Minnesota, hereby ordains:

BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Cottage Grove, County of Washington, State of Minnesota, shall establish the following fees effective January 1, 2013:

FACILITY USE DEPOSIT - $200.00

FACILITY USE CLEAN UP CHARGE DRAWN FROM THE DEPOSIT - $40.00 PER HOUR

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, this ordinance will not be codified in the City Code but will be maintained in the office of the City Clerk.

EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect on January 16, 2013 after its passage and publication according to law.
