East Ridge junior Sam Scholz finished in first place in the maximum four events as East Ridge beat perennial power Stillwater 95-91 on Thursday.
East Ridge’s Sam Scholz helped the Raptors swimming and diving team grab Suburban East Conference supremacy last week.
The junior finished in first place in the maximum four events as East Ridge beat perennial power Stillwater 95-91 on Thursday. Scholz, along with helping the Raptors’ 200-yard medley relay and 400-yard freestyle relay teams finish first, won the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 2 minutes, 2.73 seconds and the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 54.93, which is faster than the state-meet cut and a personal best time.
