William "Bill" Perkins, age 70, of Cottage Grove.

Memorial service 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2, at St. Luke Lutheran Church, 7000 Hinton Ave. S., Cottage Grove, with visitation 1 hour prior. Interment will be in the Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the American Lung Association.
