AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REZONE A PROPERTY FOR T. DAVID PRICE

The City Council of the City of St. Paul Park has adopted Ordinance No. 690. The purpose and intent of this ordinance is to rezone a parcel of property located at 350 9th Avenue from R-3, Medium Density Residential to I-1 Light Industrial.

The full text of Ordinance No. 690 is available for inspection at St. Paul Park city hall during regular business hours.
