City of Cottage Grove

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that an application has been filed with the City Council of the City of Cottage Grove for an "Off Sale" Intoxicating Liquor License by Liquors Plus, Inc., for the establishment known as Top Ten Wine & Spirits, located on that property described as follows:

Commonly known as 8617 East Point Douglas Road South,

City of Cottage Grove, Washington County, Minnesota.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that a public hearing will be held on said application on Wednesday, January 16, 2013, at 7:30 p.m., at Cottage Grove City Hall, 12800 Ravine Parkway South, Cottage Grove, Minnesota.

All interested persons will be heard at this time.
