REQUEST: An amendment to the current conditional use permit to allow an addition to the existing structure at 8944 Indahl Ave. S. and a variance to allow the addition to be setback 40 feet from the front property line instead of the required 50-foot setback.
WHEN: Monday, December 17, 2012, starting at 7:00 p.m.
WHERE: Council Chambers at Cottage Grove City Hall, 12800 Ravine Pkwy S, Cottage Grove, MN
The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on this application in the Council Chambers at Cottage Grove City Hall. The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Persons interested in speaking will be heard at this public hearing. If you are unable to attend the hearing but would like to provide input, you are encouraged to submit written comments.
