Cottage Grove City Hall open house planned for Oct. 20

A public open house is planned for the new Cottage Grove City Hall on Saturday, Oct. 20.

The open house will begin at 1 p.m. with a presentation at 1:30 p.m. Self-guided tours will be available from 2-4 p.m. City Administrator Ryan Schroeder said employees will be stationed throughout the building to answer questions.

Schroeder said the city is urging the community to visit City Hall during the open house because after that there will not be opportunities to freely roam the building, including in public safety areas which will be off limits to the public after the building opens. The building is located at 12800 Ravine Parkway.
