Notice of Public Hearing

APPLICANT: Paula and Michael Bushilla

REQUEST: A variance to City Code Title 11-3-3B, Number and Size of Accessory Structures, to allow a 2,000 square foot open air pavilion to be constructed in conjunction with the amended historic places conditional use permit for Hope Glen Farm, 10276 Point Douglas Rd. S.

WHEN: Wednesday, October 17, 2012, starting at 7:30 p.m.

WHERE: Council Chambers at Cottage Grove City Hall, 7516 80th St. S., Cottage Grove, MN

The City Council will hold a public hearing on this application in the Council Chambers at Cottage Grove City Hall. The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Persons interested in speaking will be heard at this public hearing. If you are unable to attend the hearing but would like to provide input, you are encouraged to submit written comments.
