Notice of Public Hearing

APPLICANT: 3M, 10746 Innovation Road South

REQUEST: Site plan review of the phased construction of a 93,500 square foot manufacturing addition to existing Building No. 112 Abrasive Manufacturing Facility and variances to Title 11-11-4, Development Standards of the City's Zoning Ordinance that limits building height to 60 feet and to Title 11-6-13, Architecture requirements for purposes of allowing an 89 foot building height from the finished floor elevation and to allow prefinished metal panels that are similar to the existing building's exterior materials.

WHEN: Monday, September 24, 2012, starting at 7:00 p.m.

WHERE: Council Chambers at Cottage Grove City Hall, 7516 80th St. S., Cottage Grove, MN

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on this application in the Council Chambers at Cottage Grove City Hall. The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Persons interested in speaking will be heard at this public hearing. If you are unable to attend the hearing but would like to provide input, you are encouraged to submit written comments.
