A Cottage Grove man learned the hard way that flashing green lights on a vehicle draw police attention.
A Cottage Grove man learned the hard way that flashing green lights on a vehicle draw police attention.
While a police officer was responding to loud noise complaint shortly before 1 a.m. Aug. 10 in the 7400 block of 96th Street, the officer saw a vehicle traveling down the street with green flashing lights affixed beneath the car.
The officer stopped the vehicle. The driver, a 21-year-old Cottage Grove man, subsequently was ticketed for possessing drug paraphernalia.
