ORDINANCE NO. 683
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 42 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF ST. PAUL PARK, MINNESOTA RELATING TO LIQUOR AND TOBACCO PERMIT FEES
WHEREAS, the City of St. Paul Park, Minnesota, wishes to amend Chapter 42, Section 42-1. Fees in the Code of Ordinances, City of St. Paul Park, Minnesota;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City Council of the City of St. Paul Park, Minnesota does hereby ordain as follows:
1. The following license and permit fees are hereby established and shall be paid to the City Clerk prior to the issuance of any license for the calendar year 2013 for any of the following businesses or occupations; or prior to the issuance of any permit in the calendar year 2013 for the following activities, to-wit:
3.2 percent malt liquor on-sale, temporary, per day $50
Display and Consumption $250
Intoxicating club $300
Intoxicating on-sale $3,000
Tobacco, tobacco products
and tobacco related devices $125
2. The following license and permit fees are hereby established and shall be paid to the City Clerk prior to the issuance of any license for the calendar year 2014 for any of the following businesses or occupations; or prior to the issuance of any permit in the calendar year 2014 for the following activities, to-wit:
Intoxicating on-sale $3,500
3. The following license and permit fees are hereby established and shall be paid to the City Clerk prior to the issuance of any license for the calendar year 2015 for any of the following businesses or occupations; or prior to the issuance of any permit in the calendar year 2015 for the following activities, to-wit:
Intoxicating on-sale $4,000
4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication according to law.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of St. Paul Park, Minnesota, this 16th day of July, 2012.
