NOTICE OF SALE

Notice is hereby given that, under and by virtue of a lien of personal property on one 1971 Liberty Manufactured Home will be sold to pay for a bill owed to Park Estates, Inc.

Property listed as one 1971 Liberty Manufactured Home with serial number W1443, size 14x46 feet. The home can be seen by inquiring at the office of Park Estates, Inc., 600 Hastings Avenue, St. Paul Park.

Listed owner is Paul G. Schaffer, address unknown.

The sale will be made to satisfy the sum of $2,751.00 (two thousand seven hundred fifty one dollars) plus costs and disbursements.

The Sheriff's Deputy of said Washington County will sell at a public auction in one parcel, to the highest bidder for cash on July 31, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. (at which time, house must be removed from Park Estates) at the office of Park Estates in St. Paul Park, Minnesota.
