NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION AND

DISCONTINUANCE OF CERTAIN PUBLIC UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS DESCRIBED IN DOCUMENT NUMBER 3187506 OF THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER WASHINGTON COUNTY, MN AS RECORDED ON OCTOBER 17, 2001

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City Council for the City of Cottage Grove, Minnesota, will meet in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 7516 80th St. S., Cottage Grove, MN, on Wednesday, July 18, 2012, at 7:30 p.m. to consider and act upon the vacation and discontinuance of certain public utility and drainage easements that were described in Document Number 3187506 of the Office of the County Recorder Washington County, MN. Said public easements are part of real estate property generally known as 6120 Ideal Ave. S. (PIN 05.027.21.11.0006) and property north of said parcel (PIN 05.027.21.11.0054). The affected properties are part of the Pinecliff 5th Addition subdivision whereby new public easements will be platted.

The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Persons interested in speaking will be heard at this public hearing. If you are unable to attend the hearing but would like to provide input, you are encouraged to submit written comments. Information on this application can be obtained from the Community Development Department at the Cottage Grove City Hall.
