Washington County jail bookings for Monday

All are considered innocent until proven guilty.

According to the Washington County Sheriff's Office, the following people recently were booked into the Washington County jail on suspicion of new charges or for pending court activity. All are considered innocent until proven guilty.

Leland F. Cree, 23, St. Paul, transported by sheriff for appearance on Cottage Grove-related drug charges.

Jacob M. Halterman, 21, St. Paul Park, turned himself in for Cottage Grove-related charges of fifth-degree assault and property damage and a St. Paul Park charge of fleeing an officer.

Oscar A. Santos, 18, Cottage Grove, turned in for Woodbury-related warrant for theft.

James W. McNurlin, 46, Lake Elmo, arrested by Cottage Grove police on suspicion of trespassing.

Nickolas C. Lauber, 20, Newport, arrested by Newport police on suspicion of a traffic charge.

Richard T. McNeill, 67, St. Paul Park, arrested by St. Paul Park police on suspicion of Washington County warrants for fourth-degree drunken driving and an unspecified charge.

Debra T. Nelson, 58, St. Paul, arrested by Cottage Grove police on suspicion of third-degree drunken driving.

Tommy L. Vue, 18, Maplewood, transported for Cottage Grove-related traffic charges.

Deron G. Giadyu, 20, Cottage Grove, arrested by Cottage Grove police for Woodbury warrants for theft, disorderly conduct.

Julie A. Schmidt, 41, Cottage Grove, arrested for Woodbury and Washington County charges of theft and domestic assault.

Justin G. Widell, 28, Cottage Grove, arrested by Cottage Grove police on suspicion of third-degree drunken driving.

Danny C. Garcia, 24, Cottage Grove, arrested by Cottage Grove police for Woodbury charges of traffic violations and possession of a small amount of marijuana in a motor vehicle.

Derik A. Jacobsen, 20, Cottage Grove, arrested by Cottage Grove police on suspicion of second-degree assault.

Jose M. Mejia, 32, St. Paul Park, arrested by St. Paul Park police on suspicion of third-degree drunken driving, a traffic violation and an immigration violation.

Erik C. Pieper, 31, Woodbury, arrested by Woodbury police on suspicion of St. Paul Park warrants for traffic violations.

Troy D. Lind, 35, no permanent address, arrested by Cottage Grove police on suspicion of a St. Paul Park warrant for trespassing.
