AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT, MINNESOTA,

AMENDING CITY FEES TO ADD MASSAGE THERAPY BUSINESS AND MASSAGE THERAPIST LICENSE FEES

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT, MINNESOTA, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT:

SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. The official fee schedule for the City of Newport shall be amended by adding the following fees:

Massage Therapy Business

Application Fee $300

Investigation Fee $300

Additional Owner/New Officer $300

Change in on-site manager $100

Amendment to license $75

Massage Therapist

New Application Fee $100

Renewal Application Fee $75

Effective Date

This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and publication according to law.

Adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport, Minnesota on the 17th day of May, 2012.
