APPLICANT: Stonehenge USA

REQUEST: A conditional use permit to remodel a vacant commercial structure at 7210 E. Pt. Douglas Rd. for a health and physical exercise club that will occupy more than 3,500 square feet of gross floor area. A drive-through drop-off facility is proposed as part of a separate tenant space, which also requires a conditional use permit. The entire project proposes the reuse of the structure and property formerly owned by Home Depot. Several commercial tenant spaces will be created.

WHEN: Monday, May 21, 2012, starting at 7:00 p.m.

WHERE: Council Chambers at Cottage Grove City Hall, 7516 80th St. S., Cottage Grove, MN

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on this application in the Council Chambers at Cottage Grove City Hall. The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Persons interested in speaking will be heard at this public hearing. If you are unable to attend the hearing but would like to provide input, you are encouraged to submit written comments.
