Dozens of south Washington County businesses were on display Thursday as the Cottage Grove Area Chamber of Commerce held its annual Spring Showcase.

In its ninth year, the showcase gives the public an opportunity to learn about and visit with local business owners, from home improvement companies to health-related businesses to area restaurants.

This year the Chamber moved the showcase from the Cottage Grove National Guard Armory to the Cottage Grove Ice Arena. Exhibitors filled the floor of the arena's west rink.

Businesses dispensed information about their services and handed out freebies to the hundreds of people who attended.
