Washington County jail bookings for Thursday

According to the Washington County Sheriff's Office, the following people recently were booked into the Washington County jail on suspicion of new charges or for pending court activity. All are considered innocent until proven guilty.

James J. Fairbanks, 37, Woodbury, arrested by Woodbury police for Cottage Grove traffic charges.

Francisco A. Juarez, 47, Green Bay, Wis., arrested by Cottage Grove police on suspicion of second-degree drunken driving.

Kiara S. Ross, 22, Eagan, arrested by Cottage Grove police on suspicion of a traffic charge and a warrant.

Amber L. Carpenter, 21, Cottage Grove, arrested by Cottage Grove police on suspicion of a traffic charge.

Craig A. Seigler, 38, Newport, arrested by Cottage Grove police on suspicion of violating an order for protection.

Abram Valdez, 23, South St. Paul, turned in for St. Paul Park-related terroristic threats charge and a warrant.

Justin R. Aasand, 34, Cottage Grove, arrested by Cottage Grove police on suspicion of second-degree drunken driving, fleeing an officer and obstructing the legal process.

Devindra Persaud, 20, Cottage Grove, sentenced for Cottage Grove-related underage drinking charge.
