Michael R. Fox, age 41, of Cottage Grove, passed away, surrounded by his loving family, on April 14.

Visitation from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 17, at Kok Funeral Home, 7676 80th St. S., Cottage Grove, and continuing 1-1/2 hours prior to the service at the church. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 18, at Crossroads Church, 5900 Woodbury Dr., Woodbury. Interment to follow.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family.
