NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CITY OF COTTAGE GROVE

WASHINGTON COUNTY

STATE OF MINNESOTA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Cottage Grove, Washington County, State of Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on May 2, 2012, at approximately 7:00 P.M. at the Cottage Grove City Council Chambers in City Hall, 7516 80th Street South, Cottage Grove, Minnesota, relating to the City of Cottage Grove's proposed adoption of a Spending Plan for Tax Increment Financing District Nos. 1-1, 1-3, 1-8 and 1-12, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.176 Subd. 4m inclusive, as amended. Copies of the Spending Plan are on file and available for public inspection at the office of the City Administrator at City Hall.

All interested persons may appear at the hearing and present their views orally or prior to the meeting in writing.
