APPLICANT: City of Cottage Grove

REQUEST: A zoning text amendment to delete the home occupation permit and fee requirements and to amend the home occupation ordinance criteria performance and enforcement standards (City Code Title 11-9A-3(3), Home Occupations).

WHEN: Monday, April 23, 2012, starting at 7:00 p.m.

WHERE: Council Chambers at Cottage Grove City Hall, 7516 80th St. S., Cottage Grove, MN

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on this application in the Council Chambers at Cottage Grove City Hall. The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Persons interested in speaking will be heard at this public hearing. If you are unable to attend the hearing but would like to provide input, you are encouraged to submit written comments.
