NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, May 9th, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Twenty-Nine Pines, Site #424, 6403 - 55th Street, Oakdale, MN 55128, the following manufactured home will be sold by public action by the Sheriff of Washington County:

1968 Rollohome LA, 12' x 60', Serial No. 23292

Located at Site #424, 6403 Upper 55th Street, Oakdale, MN 55128

This sale will be held to satisfy a claim upon the above-described manufactured home held by Twenty-Nine Pines. The property, described above, owned by David Engstrom has been abandoned in Twenty-Nine Pines more than 60 days. The amount of the claim against the above-referenced property is approximately $2,389.00, computed to the date of sale, exclusive of the expenses of said sale and the advertising thereof, together with the actual expenses of making said sale.

Sale Terms: The property is sold "as is" with no guarantee that any of the mechanical systems regarding the plumbing, heating, electrical or structural components are or might be in good condition.
