AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 74 OF THE CITY OF ST. PAUL PARK ZONING ORDINANCE, MINNESOTA REGARDING USES AND STANDARDS FOUND IN THE B-3, I-1, AND I-2 ZONING DISTRICTS
The City Council of the City of St. Paul Park has adopted Ordinance No. 680. The purpose and intent of this ordinance is to eliminate outdoor storage as an allowed use in the B-3 District, to restrict outdoor sales and service to being an accessory use in the B-3 District, reduce the minimum site for a PUD to one acre in the B-3 and I-1 Districts, require trucking businesses to be on collector or arterial roads in the I-1 District, allow Residential Storage Facilities in the I-1, and to eliminate junkyards and storage of detonatable materials as uses in the I-2 District.
