SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO. 679AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 74 OF THE CITY OF ST. PAUL PARK ZONING ORDINANCE, MINNESOTA REGARDING BUILDING MATERIALS
The City Council of the City of St. Paul Park has adopted Ordinance No. 679. The purpose and intent of this ordinance to consolidate all the City's exterior building materials requirements, to establish minimum standards for residential structures, and to extend the building materials requirements for the Mixed Use District to the B-1 and B-2 Districts.
