Assessment Notice

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2012 Open Book Meetings for owners of property located in the City of Cottage Grove, Washington County, Minnesota, will be held at the following locations:

• Cottage Grove City Hall, 7516 80th Street South, Cottage Grove, MN 55016 - Thursday, April 5, 2012, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

• Oakdale City Hall, 1584 Hadley Avenue North, Oakdale MN 55128 - Wednesday, April 11, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

• Woodbury City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road, Woodbury, MN 55125 - Thursday, April 19, 2012, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

• Washington County Government Center, 14949 62nd Street North, Stillwater, Minnesota 55082 - Wednesday, April 25, 2012 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

These meetings are held for the purpose of reviewing and correcting the assessment of said real estate for the year 2012.

All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment, or who wish to complain that the property of another is assessed too low, are hereby notified to appear at any of the above mentioned meetings, and show cause of having such assessment corrected.

No complaint that another is assessed too low will be acted upon until the person so assessed, or his agent, shall have been notified of such complaint.
