APPLICANT: Jamie and Lisa Newpower

REQUEST: A variance to reduce the 35-foot minimum rear yard setback requirement to 27 feet to construct a 16 ft. by 24 ft. addition on the rear of their house at 9842 77th St. S.

WHEN: Monday, March 26, 2012, starting at 7:00 p.m.

WHERE: Council Chambers at Cottage Grove City Hall, 7516 80th St. S., Cottage Grove, MN

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on this application in the Council Chambers at Cottage Grove City Hall. The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Persons interested in speaking will be heard at this public hearing. If you are unable to attend the hearing but would like to provide input, you are encouraged to submit written comments.
