APPLICANT: 3M Company

REQUEST: A site plan review to construct a carbon filtration facility at 3M Cottage Grove, 10746 Innovation Rd., and a variance to architectural regulations to allow the proposed carbon filtration facility, which consists of two buildings and two outdoor storage tanks, to be constructed of pre-engineered metal panel walls and roof that will match the colors and style of their existing wastewater treatment building.

WHEN: Monday, February 27, 2012, starting at 7:00 p.m.

WHERE: Council Chambers at Cottage Grove City Hall, 7516 80th St. S., Cottage Grove, MN

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on this application in the Council Chambers at Cottage Grove City Hall. The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Persons interested in speaking will be heard at this public hearing. If you are unable to attend the hearing but would like to provide input, you are encouraged to submit written comments.
