CITRY OF COTTAGE GROVE ORDINANCE 893

The City Council of the City of Cottage Grove has adopted Ordinance No. 893. The ordinance amends City Code Title 11-1-3, Rules of Word Construction: Definitions; Title 11-10B, Retail Business District; Title 11-10C General Business District; and Title 11-10D, Planned Business District. This amendment amends definitions related to vehicles and auto repair, and will allow vehicle repair uses as a permitted use with condi-tions in the B-2, B-3 and P-B Districts or if all conditions are not met, as a conditional use with conditions. The entire text of Ordinance No. 893 is available for inspection at Cottage Grove City Hall during regular business hours and is posted at the Washington County Park Grove Library.
