The Wolfpack climed to 18-5 on the season with a 43-19 conference win over Stillwater last Thursday.
“We won 10 out of 14 matches and wrestled extremely well throughout the line-up,” Park head coach Jim LaBrosse said.
Collin LaBrosse kicked it off for the Wolfpack with a 6-0 victory at 106 pounds. Danial Duval (126) won his match 17-12. David Giadyu won a 4-2 decision wrestling at 138 pounds. Cory Flaata (152) had a fall at 4:20.
Those wins were followed by up D’Monte Farley’s 15-5 major decision at 160 pounds. Scott Johnson (170) won a major decision 15-4. Nate Baumann won a major decision 13-5. Cody Linssen (195) had a 12-0 major decision. Darius Henrey (220) and Craig Sargeant (285) had falls at 3:35 and 5:50, respectively.
Park’s Austin Thurmes (113) lost by 5-2 decision. Jake Lanik (120) was pinned at 1:31. David Ayers lost a 10-2 major decision at 132 pounds. Kenny Gerhardt (145) was pinned at 3:07.
