ORDINANCE NO. 897

AN ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF COTTAGE GROVE, MINNESOTA, AMENDING TITLE 7 CHAPTER 3 OF THE COTTAGE GROVE

CITY CODE RELATING TO PARK HOURS

The City Council of the City of Cottage Grove, Washington County, Minnesota, does hereby ordain as follows:

SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. "The Code of the City of Cottage Grove, County of Washington, State of Minnesota," shall be amended by amending Section 7-3-3-A to read as follows:

Sec. 7-3-3ACTIVITIES REQUIRING PERMIT:

No person shall engage in the following activities, except pursuant to a permit for the activity:

A. Be present in a City park or open space area between the hours of ten thirty o'clock (10:30) P.M. and seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. six o'clock (6:00) A.M.

SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication according to law.
