752 Stillwater Road, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (the "Company"), hereby gives notice to its creditors and claimants of its impending dissolution. The Company is in the process of dissolving, having filed a Notice of Intent to Dissolve with the office of the Minnesota Secretary of State on October 18, 2011. Written claims against the Company may be sent to the Company's attorneys: Fabyanske, Westra, Hart & Thomson, P.A., 800 LaSalle Avenue, Suite 1900, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55402, Attn: John C. Redpath, and must be received by January 31, 2012, which is 90 days after the date this notice was first published.
