According to the Washington County Sheriff's Office, the following people recently were booked into the Washington County jail on suspicion of new charges or for pending court activity. All are considered innocent until proven guilty.

Zachery G. Hamlin, 21, Cottage Grove, arrested by St. Paul Park police on suspicion of possession of a small amount of marijuana in a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic charge.

Jose Quezada-Lepez, 23, St. Paul, arrested by Cottage Grove police on suspicion of a traffic charge and an immigration-related charge.

Mark A. Cerney, 48, St. Paul Park, arrested by sheriff on suspicion of traffic charges.

Bruce M. Dunn, 46, St. Paul Park, arrested by St. Paul Park police on suspicion of second-degree drunken driving, domestic assault, terroristic threats and a traffic charge.

Matthew C. Kluegel, 25, Cottage Grove, arrested by Cottage Grove police on suspicion of fleeing an officer, third-degree drunken driving.

Jordan I. Mansager, 22, St. Paul, arrested by St. Paul Park police on suspicion of domestic assault.

Harvey P. Zaccardi Jr., 34, South St. Paul, arrested by Cottage Grove police on suspicion of traffic charges.

Kristeen L. Bradsteen, 18, no permanent address, arrested by Cottage Grove police on suspicion of possession of a fifth-degree controlled substance, fifth-degree assault, theft.

Tessa R. Scherbel, 22, South St. Paul, arrested by Cottage Grove police on suspicion of traffic charges.

Lyndsey R. Kidd, 25, Little Canada, Minn., arrested by sheriff on suspicion of Cottage Grove-related warrant for possession of a fifth-degree controlled substance.

Jonathan E. Maltby, 37, Cottage Grove, arrested on suspicion of fourth-degree drunken driving.

James M. Barnett, 54, St. Paul, arrested by Cottage Grove police on suspicion of third-degree drunken driving and a traffic charge.

Rebecca D. Stromback, 31, Park Rapids, arrested by Cottage Grove police on suspicion of giving false name to police, possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic charge.
