Jail bookings for Monday, Aug. 29
All are considered innocent until proven guilty. Those listed will not necessarily be formally charged with a crime.
According to the Washington County Sheriff's Office, the following people were booked into the Washington County Jail between 7 a.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Monday:
Adam J. Freiermuth, 22, Cottage Grove, turned self in on Cottage Grove charge of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance.
Kyle A. Phillips, 20, St. Paul, arrested by Cottage Grove police on suspicion of underage consumption, possession of small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Cherri L. Rocha, 31, Cottage Grove, turned self in for charge of malicious punishment of a child.
Albert R. Velazquez Navedo, 29, St. Paul, arrested by Cottage Grove police on suspicion of terroristic threats.
Mark E. Graeber, 42, South St. Paul, arrested by St. Paul Park police on suspicion of third-degree drunken driving.
Phia Thao, 22, Appleton, Wis., arrested by Cottage Grove police on suspicion of second-degree drunken driving and traffic violations.
Travis J. Affolter, 40, Newport, turned self in for sentencing on domestic assault conviction.
James G. Brier, 44, Cottage Grove, arrested by Cottage Grove police on suspicion of domestic assault.
Gregory J. Hammartsen, 21, Cottage Grove, arrested by Cottage Grove police on suspicion of third-degree drunken driving.
Kyle E. Schmidt, 26, Cottage Grove, arrested by Cottage Grove police on suspicion of traffic violations, third-degree drunken driving and an accident-related violation.
Joseph M. Scott, 24, Maplewood, sentenced for Cottage Grove-related traffic violation.
Margaret M. Swanson, 47, Hastings, arrested by Cottage Grove police on suspicion of second-degree drunken driving.
