A Newport man picked a winner in a Minnesota State Lottery game.
A Newport man picked a winner in a Minnesota State Lottery game.
William Parker won $30,000 on the Northstar Cash game, the Lottery announced Tuesday. Parker bought the winning ticket at a Holiday gas station in St. Paul.
Northstar Cash players pick five numbers from 1 to 31 and hit the jackpot with matching numbers. Parker's winning numbers were 5-7-16-23-27.
